1. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any point of time including after the arrival of the User at the destination, without prior intimation of the same.
However, in cases where the User intends to cancel the booking, the same should be intimated to us by sending a mail at bookings@bakeri.com. The refund shall be done in the following manner:
a. If the cancellation request is received at least 7 business days prior to the time of arrival-100% refund of the booking amount.
b. If the cancellation request is received at least 4 business days prior to the time of arrival- 50% refund of the booking amount.
c. If the cancellation request is received beyond the time period specified in sub Clause(a) and (b) of Clause (1) stated above, then no refund shall be made.
d. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, day picnics, day visits, and even cancel
actions are non- refundable.
2. We recommend you to email us at bookings@bakeri.com with your transaction ID and funds details. The refund process will be taken up by the management in 30 business days from the time we receive the e-mail with all details thereto.
