  1. How do I book online?
    • Create an account and wait for the account to be verified by our team.
    • Once your account is verified and activated, log in to the online store.
    • Choose the project that you wish to book and click "Book Now".
    • Check the unit details of your desired purchase, and proceed to check out
    • Fill in your billing details and payment details, and then submit.
    • You will be redirected to the payment gateway page. After entering the security details from your respective bank, the page will display whether the transaction was successful or not.
    • If payment was successful, you will receive a mail from Bakeri Group stating the details and confirmation of your booking.
  2. What happens after I pay the booking amount?
    • You will get a confirmation from your bank as well as from us stating all the details of your transaction.
    • Our sales representative will get in touch with you within 72 hours to confirm your booking.
    • A meeting shall then be arranged as per mutual convenience for further sale process.
  3. Why should I book online?
    • Discounts/incentives: Customers will receive an exclusive discount available only for those who successfully book online.
    • Saves time and effort: Once you have decided to book a Bakeri Group property, you can do so without leaving your home/office. That’s time saved on travelling, waiting, and meeting a sales representative.
    • Perfect for NRI’s/out of state members who want to invest: For those who wish to invest but are hindered by the distance, the online booking facility makes it possible for you to complete all the initial formalities without having to travel a long way.
  4. Do I get discounts if I book online?
    • Yes. One of the perks of booking online is that you get an exclusive discount offer, which can be further negotiated after paying the booking amount.
  5. What happens if my transaction gets interrupted or doesn’t get completed?
    • A failed transaction and refund, if any, will be processed via the payment gateway.
    • Wherever possible, Bakeri Group will inform the customer about such failed transaction.
    • We request you to go through the T&C in detail while booking to further clarify any queries.
  6. What will be the payment schedule after I book online?
    • Payment schedule depends on the plan selected: down payment plan or installment plan.
    • Please go through the payment terms in the online booking store to get more clarity.
  7. When will I get the possession?
    • Swareet: Latest by October 2015*
    • Meadows: Ready Possession *
      Possession is subject to full payment towards booked units

  8. Is loan available? Yes.
    • All details regarding available loans are mentioned on the online booking page. Please go through it to get more clarity.
  9. How safe and secure is this platform for online booking?
    • The secure payment gateway is hosted by Citruspay network. On every successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation email with all your payment details. You will receive a call from our sales team within 3 working days to complete the subsequent formalities.
  10. Are all credit/debit cards accepted?
    • Yes, all major bank networks of VISA and Mastercard are accepted.
